Domenichelli is Athlete of the Week

SBCC sophomore Jessica Domenichelli has been named Athlete of the Week by the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table. The 5-7
forward from El Dorado Hills, Calif., had a goal and two assists in a 22-minute span of the first half last Friday, leading
the No. 6-ranked Vaqueros over No. 9 L.A. Pierce 3-0 in a battle of unbeaten teams.
Santa Barbara, rated 13th in the nation, is 5-0 and has outscored its opponents 18-2. Domenichelli is second on the squad
with three goals and three assists.
Last year, she racked up a school-record 25 goals and was the SBART Player of the Year for women's college soccer.
The Vaqueros travel to Oxnard for their WSC North opener on Tuesday at 4 p.m.
