- Do emphasize pride in our team. Have pride in yourself, your teammates, and your school. Wear Santa Barbara Colors proud.
- Do make sure each member of the team understands her contribution and that it is valued.
- Do realize each member of the team depends on the work of another for the team to be successful. There is no I in the word team.
- Do be kind, courteous, and respectful to other members of the team.
- Do realize each member of the team has a different personality. Therefore, each of us are unique and very special.
- Do give constructive criticism to a teammate and be positive.
- Do bring a positive mental attitude on the playing floor as well as in the classroom. Attitudes are contagious, be positive.
- Do talk to the coaching staff about problems on and off the court. The coaching staff is here to help you succeed academically and athletically.
- Do give something back to your teammates and coaching staff, they care about you, be enthusiastic.
- Do not ever give up on your self, your teammates, or your coaches.
