Santa Barbara City College has appointed Credentials Inc. as the designated agent
for processing transcript requests and responding to any inquiries on behalf of Santa
Barbara City College. You can order transcripts using any major credit card and can
order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.

Fees
Official transcripts are $3.00 each, the first two official transcripts EVER are frees.
Priority processing is an additional $5.00 per transcript.
Credentials processing fee is $2.00.
Your credit card will only be charged after your order has been completed. Federal
Express shipping charges, if selected, are extra.
Holds
Transcripts will not be released until all financial obligations to Santa Barbara City College have been cleared.
Questions concerning financial holds should be directed to SBCC's Cashier's Office at 805-730-4197.
All transcripts will be sent via first class mail unless the option to use Federal Express is chosen.
Rush/Priority Processing
Requests will be processed within two business days.
