You do not have to be currently enrolled at SBCC, but upon acceptance into the program, you must enroll at SBCC for the Spring 2019 semester in order to participate in the Rome program.
By the time of application, you should have completed at least 12 college units with a grade point average of at least 2.5. Furthermore, you must have completed English 110 prior to the start of the program.
You do not have to be an English, Art, or Language major and there is no language requirement. You must be at least 18 years old on the day of departure.
You have to be in good academic standing to participate in the program.
Acceptance and participation in the program is not guaranteed until all required documents are received the the Study Abroad office and you have completed the interview with the program director.
