Welcome to the Santa Barbara City College Housing Information website. We are here
to assist you in obtaining suitable housing in the greater Santa Barbara area, which
extends from Goleta and Isla Vista in the north to Carpinteria in the south. Our hope
is that all SBCC students will find housing in the community so they may achieve their
academic goals.
Although the college does not provide housing for students, we hope to ensure that
Santa Barbara City College students have information about housing options to assist
in their housing search. We suggest students start the search for housing several
months before their expected move in date.
The inclusion of any apartment or agency on the list does not represent an endorsement of services or facilities, nor does it guarantee that vacancies exist. Please be aware that SBCC does not assume responsibility for inspecting or supervising any housing facility.
