Residential Hall opportunities typically provide students with shared housing that includes a meal plan, regularly scheduled custodial service and organized activities. Resident hall management may adopt standards of conduct for all occupants.

A stylish student residence hall located across the street from the SBCC campus, Orchid House offers a private, cozy and relaxing environment as comfortable as your home. Healthy breakfasts and catered evening meals are included.
A private resident hall, Tropicana Gardens offers students attending SBCC flexible rooming options, meal plans and professional staff to ensure a successful transition from home. In addition to providing an environment that supports academic success, Tropicana sponsors social, educational, and recreational events, creating an enriching overall college living experience for our residents.
Tropicana Villas, located one block away from Tropicana Gardens Residence Hall, provides independent apartment living while offering perks such as by-the-bed leasing, 10 & 12 month leases and discounted rates at the Tropicana café for SBCC Students. Residents must be 20 years of age or have completed 12 college units.
