What We Do
The academic counselors and support staff of the Academic Counseling Center provide students with information regarding academic planning, institutional and transfer requirements, assist students in planning and implementing immediate and long range goals, develop individualized Student Educational Plans, conduct student success interventions, evaluate U.S. college transcripts, provide professional career counseling, conduct orientation and advising services for new students, conduct classroom presentations, provide personal counseling, teach Personal Development/College Success courses and work in collaboration with the counselors and support staff of the Career Center and Transfer Center and other student services to support student success.
