Self-Esteem: How to Seek It and Keep It

Guest Speaker: Helene Schneider

Helene Schneider, is the mayor of Santa Barbara and previously served as a member of the City Council. She has been politically active in Santa Barbara since 1992, serving on various committees that focus on improving the Santa Barbara life-style including our chronic homeless society.
