Self-Esteem: How to Seek It and Keep It
Guest Speaker: Helene Schneider
Helene Schneider, is the mayor of Santa Barbara and previously served as a member of the City Council. She has been politically active in Santa Barbara since 1992, serving on various committees that focus on improving the Santa Barbara life-style including our chronic homeless society.
Helene says, "Especially when you find yourself in the spotlight making policy decisions that affect others in the community, self-esteem manifests itself when you can look yourself in the mirror in the morning and sleep well at night."
Join us as Helene reveals how healthy self-esteem helped her achieve a successful life and career in the political arena of Santa Barbara.
