As the Worksite Coordinator, Kristin helps connect students to employment and internship
opportunities. She also produces the Career Center events and workshops, including
the How I Made It panels and the job and internship fairs.
Kristin studied Art History and Italian language at Indiana University and has a
master’s degree in Organizational Management. She has worked internationally in events
and non-profit management, and taught courses in Event Management and business communications.
She loves travel to exotic places and celebrating the little things in life.

Working at the Doorstep School in India, which gave homeless children access to education
A famous figure you admire, why?
Martha Stewart - because she built an empire by throwing parties and doing crafts.
(Two things I also love to do!) And she kept her sense of humor while in prison
What subject do you wish you had paid more attention to in school?
I wish I had taken Early Childhood Development
What is the strangest food you’ve ever eaten?
I have eaten a lot of weird food, but the strangest was scrambled lambs brains in
India – yes, that is a as gross as it sounds!
What is the best career advice you’ve ever received?
“Do something, anything.” You don’t know where things will lead you, but doing nothing
